Get back to basics in this military-style, cardio and strength workout.  Weather permitting, we'll take the workout outdoors!

Get sweaty, fire up your metabolism and burn 300 calories in this challenging and fast-paced workout.

Cardio Dance Party

This cardio dance class has easy-to-follow dance moves from Hi/Lo, ZUMBA, SH'BAM and Flirty Fit. You'll move, sweat, smile and have fun!

Cardio Sampler

Experience a sampling of several different types of cardio formats such as ZUMBA, Kickboxing, Retro Hi/Lo, Flirty Fit and Step.

Dancing to the Stars

Basic dance routines set to the crowd-pleasing music of the Dreamgirls soundtrack, The Supremes, Beyonce and other favorites.

Flirty Girl Fitness

Fitness and dance are combined in the fun, cardio dance workout.

Hi/Lo Step 'n' GO

Easy to follow hi/lo movements are combined with basic bench steps so you are working out "on the floor" and "on the bench".

Jump & Pump

Feel like a kid again in this easy-to-follow class that includes jump rope segments for cardio conditioning and weight training exercises for strengthening and toning.

Kardio Kickboxing

This kickin' workout packs a punch!  Punches to strengthen your upper body, kicks to tone and condition your lower body and basic calisthenics for cardio conditioning.

Kickin' ABS Boot Camp

Basic calisthenics for conditioning and fat-burning along with plenty of abdomen sculpting moves.

Let's Have a Ball: Cardio

A low-impact aerobic workout using a stability ball to enhance coordination, conditioning, balance and strength.

24-Hour Burn

By inserting challenging, but easy-to-follow high-intensity movements into this moderate-paced cardio class, your metabolism will remain on fire up to 24 hours!

Step and Sculpt

An interval class alternating easy to follow bench steps with free weight strengthening and toning exercises.

Cardio Blast!

Easy to follow class with high energy music and hi-lo impact movements designed to keep you moving.

Cardio Blitz!

We'll hit the ground running and burn major calories in minimum time in this abbreviated version of Cardio Blast!

Endurance Ride

An extended version of a group cycle class.

Ballet Body

A mix of traditional ballet moves, mat Pilates and dance therapy conditioning that focuses on balance, strength and grace.

Cardio Core

Start off the class with treadmill or EFX intervals and then move to the mats for core training.

Pedal and Push

A cardio and strength class that combines group cycling for cardiovascular training then upper body weight machines for strength.

FatBurner

Burn calories and blast fat with this cardio-infused strength training class.  This fast paced interval workout alternates between cardiovascular and weight training stations to keep your heart rate up and the boredom factor down.

Group Cycle®

This self-paced class brings new meaning to indoor cycling. By adjusting the tension, you'll simulate the experience of flat roads to competitive racing to bumpy terrain to steep hill climbs. 

Trek or EFX & Cycle

This high-intensity cardio workout consists of 25 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical followed by 25-minutes on the group cycles.

Cardio Trek

Run or walk in this high intensity interval class designed to put you through your paces on the treadmills.
