5 Tibetan Rites

Balancing the Chakras through Yoga and Meditation

The seven chakras are specific vital centers in the body that govern our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. This class includes lecture, simple yoga movements, chanting and meditation.

Beaming

Balance, Engage, Align and Move along a soft beam that sits on the floor. Improve muscle tone, strength, posture, flexibility and balance.

BODYFLOW

A flowing combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates.

Breath and Meditation

Meditation provides your mind methods of focus to keep you in the present moment. This class will also include breath work to bring you into a calm and relaxed state.

Core and Roll

You'll strengthen your core, align your spine and massage your muscles using the foam roller.

Foam Roller Remedy

This fitness tool is a three-foot long, 6" wide Styrofoam roller. Using a Styrofoam roller as a prop, you'll learn how to use the roller for both core strengthening and self-massage exercises as well as soothing tired muscles and aligning your spine.

Garden Meditation

Learn techniques of sitting and walking meditation that help to bring mindfulness to your life.

Gentle Yoga

This class uses relaxing yoga movements synchronized with mindful breathing to encourage flexibility and strength.

This class combines easy yoga stretches and breathing techniques, finishing with a seated meditation.

Pilates

Developed by Joseph Pilates during the First World War, this technique improves posture and core strength using techniques of pelvic stabilization, muscular balance and spinal alignment. Introductory class also offered.

Pilates on the Ball

Pilates moves and positions are performed with the stability ball for a challenging workout.

Restorative Yoga

Rest, restore, relax and renew in this gentle and rejuvenating class.

Rise and Shine Yoga

Get in the pool for a relaxing class incorporating stretching movements and balance training.

Yin Yoga

This class consists of simple stretches focusing on the legs, hips and low back. The positions are held from one to three minutes to get a deep stretch. This approach is helpful for those who are tight and for those with chronic low back pain

Yoga Basics and Yoga for Everybody

An introductory class that includes all aspects of yoga including positions for strength, flexibility, balance, stretch and relaxation.
