Pet Policy
We know that you consider your dog a part of your family, so we welcome them into ours. However, we must be sensitive to other guests and in order to meet the expectations of all of our valued guests, we have implemented the following guidelines designed to make everyone's stay an especially pleasant one.
A $300 pet fee will be required for all pets:
- Our pet fee ensures all soft goods are removed and deep-cleaned following the pet's departure.
- Dogs are permitted only in freestanding Premier cottages. Only one dog per room is permitted. Please inquire with the Reservations department for accommodation options.
- Dogs are not allowed in guest areas (i.e. pool, main building, dining room, activities buildings, LakeHouse Spa, gardens, boat docks, etc.)
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- LASR reserves the right to ask you to board your dog if destructive to spa property or disruptive to spa guests.
- Plastic bags will be provided to you upon arrival. We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog.
- You must schedule a time with our Housekeeping department to be present or remove your dog when your room is to be serviced.
- If a room or garden is damaged in any way by your dog, you will be charged accordingly.
- Due to possible allergic reactions, cats are not permitted at Lake Austin Spa Resort.
- Dogs are not permitted in the Lady Bird Johnson suite.
- Dogs cannot stay in the resort or room gardens unattended.
The $300 pet fee will be charged to your account at the time of booking or upon check-in. If you would prefer to make other payment arrangements, please notify guest services upon arrival.
