Spa Service Appointment Request

Welcome to the spa services request section of our web site. We're excited to bring the convenience of on-line spa service scheduling to our overnight guests.  Spa services are very popular, therefore we recommend scheduling your spa services at least three weeks in advance. We will do our best to honor the times and services requested. However, if they are not available, we will create an alternate schedule for you. Due to our 12 hour cancellation policy, we do not suggest scheduling spa appointments on your arrival day unless you are in complete control of your travel arrangements. If you are arriving within the next seven days, please call the spa directly at (512) 372-7380 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday or between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the weekends or call 1-800-847-5637.

Please keep in mind that the spa service requests you are submitting do not guarantee the dates, times or services you have selected. You will be notified within two business days of your tentative requests to confirm your spa services schedule.

Note: Not all treatments may be performed in our Outdoor Facilities, however, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
