At check out you will be able to select a delivery method for any gift certificate(s) purchased – you will be able to choose from regular mail or email delivery.

If you want to be able to print your gift certificate from home, choose email as your delivery method and purchase your gift certificate(s).

What if I buy more than one gift certificate and I want one delivered via email and the other delivered regular mail?

No problem! You will be given the opportunity to select a delivery method for each gift certificate you purchase online.

Can I email a gift certificate directly to the recipient?

Yes! After selecting email delivery of your gift certificate during check out, you will have the opportunity to enter the email address where you want the gift certificate sent. Just enter the email address of the recipient and it will be delivered directly to his/her Inbox.

What are the benefits to email delivery of a gift certificate?

Do I need any special computer hardware or software to receive a gift certificate via email?

You will need the following:

• a valid email address.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (optional). If you need a copy, you can download one for free.
• A printer. Any inkjet or laser printer, (color preferred, but not mandatory). Use 8.5 x 11 plain white paper for best results.

How long will it take to receive my gift certificate(s) via email?

Once your order is received and your credit card approved, the gift certificate(s) will be emailed to designated recipient – it's just a matter of minutes!

Do I need to do anything to activate my gift certificate(s)?

No, the gift certificate(s) that comes out of the printer is valid and ready to use. Make sure you keep it in a safe place as you would any other gift certificate. Each gift certificate includes a unique gift certificate number that is tracked through our tracking system.

What if I can't print the gift certificate(s)?

Try the following:

• Make sure you have paper in the printer.
• Make sure your printer is on and cables are connected to your computer.
• Make sure your printer has enough memory available.

Can I print more than one copy of a gift certificate?

Yes, but each gift certificate may only be redeemed once. Each gift certificate includes a unique gift certificate number that is tracked through our tracking system. Each gift certificate can only be redeemed once regardless of how many duplicates are printed.

Will I be emailed a confirmation of my order in addition to the Printable Gift Certificate?

Yes, the purchaser of an online order will receive a receipt via email once the order is processed.

Is there an additional fee for email delivery of a gift certificate purchase?

No, this service is for your convenience and is provided free of charge.

Do gift certificates to Lake Austin Spa Resort and the LakeHouse Spa expire?
