As spa appointments are very popular, we ask that you please allow at least 45 minutes to get to the LakeHouse Spa from most places in central Austin. Plan to arrive at the LakeHouse Spa no later than 20 minutes prior to your first treatment time.
If you wish to enjoy the showers, steam room, sauna or hot tub prior to your spa experience, please be sure to leave adequate time so that you aren't rushed. Each appointment is precisely timed so if you arrive late, your spa service time may be shortened. In the event that you are late to an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you but we can not guarantee your full service time.
Important Information about Your Visit
Day Guests
- Please allow a minimum of a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment(s) to avoid a 100% treatment charge.
- Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
- Gratuities are included in all day package services.
- For your convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to all à la carte services.
- For day guests receiving à la carte treatments only, a $25 facility fee will be charged on certain days of the week for use of the pool areas, locker rooms, spa robe, and sauna, steam and whirlpool. Please inquire when making reservations.
Overnight Guests

- Gratuities are included in your spa services allowance allocation.
