All Weights Circuit
Utilize all of the weight machines we have to offer in this total body strength training class.
BOSU™
A core strengthening and balance class for those interested in developing strength from the inside out.
BODYPUMP®
Billed as "the fastest way to get in shape," this 55-minute class uses barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for fat burning.
Cardio Circuit Weights
A short introduction to proper form on the Cybex resistance equipment followed by a fast-paced interval workout alternating cardiovascular and weight training stations.
Chisel: Muscle Sculpting
An overall body workout that will improve muscle definition and increase muscle endurance.
FUNctional Strength Circuit
Have fun with "outside the box" movements in this functional based training class.
Gliding into Fitness
The use of discs under the hands or feet provides resistance and a different feel to movements such as squats and pushups.
Gold Medal ABS
Pick up a six-pack ABS or a most marvelous midsection in this challenging core workout. You'll develop strength in the core muscles and transfer the power to acquire a physical, functional and performance edge.
Kettle Bell Fitness
A challenging workout using kettle bell weight for cardiovascular fitness, muscle strengthening and overall conditioning.
Legs and Glutes
This 25- minute workout uses free weights and/or bands to strengthen the muscles of the lower body.
Power Conditioning
An overall body conditioning workout in the Training Room that includes basic calisthenics-type drills, weight-training segments, and core sculpting exercises. This great workout will also improve your performance in other sports or activities.
Power Sculpt
An overall sculpting workout for all of the major muscle groups. Participants will use hand weights or their own body for resistance.
Rock Hard Rear View
Lunges and squats and lifts, oh my! You'll feel it in the lower body, improve your posture, relieve lower back pain, increase your energy and love the way you look from behind J Pun intended!
Sleeveless Workout
A 25-minute class using free weights to tone the upper body. Look great in those sleeveless tops!
Stability Ball
Develop strength and stability in your core by using your stabilizing muscles with a large fitness ball.
Total Body Conditioning
Full body strengthening and conditioning workout that may include props such as hand weights, BOSU balls and exercise bands.
Upper Cuts
A challenging workout that includes exercises to strengthen, tone and sculpt the muscles of the upper body.
