Aqua Zumba®

Known as the Zumba® "pool party," Aqua ZUMBA integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines and blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating.

Boat Cruise

Relax and enjoy legend and lore, flora and fauna on this leisurely trip along the scenic shores of Lake Austin.

Boat and Walk or Hike

Come onboard our pontoon boat and venture to a nearby cove where you will go ashore for a scenic 2-mile hike in a beautiful local park.

Deep Water Training

Gain the competitive edge with this unique training method used by athletes in the Olympic Training Center along with fitness enthusiasts of all levels.  Save your joints; escape the heat, tone your entire body and increase your conditioning.

Hydro-Bike

It's true! You can bike on water!  Our skilled attendant will be on the dock to assist you; so come down anytime during posted dock hours and take out one of the Resort's unique and fun water crafts. No experience required!

Kayak Outing

Our sit-on-top kayaks are beginner friendly and require no experience.  Paddling down Lake Austin is relaxing and a wonderful way to enjoy the fresh air while getting a little exercise.

Nautical Noodles

Add some pizzazz to your water workout with the Styrofoam noodles.  This user friendly and portable prop will be used in the water for strengthening, stretching, toning and relaxing.

Scenic Canyon Hike

Hike up many inclines, both large and small, and enjoy the sounds of water as you cross the creeks in this challenging 3 - 4 mile Hill Country hike.

Sculling

Excellent coaching, ideal water, and a great atmosphere, ask to scull today!

Water Walk and Stretch

Walk easy or with power for cardio benefits and then let the water support your body as you gently stretch.

Waterworks

A series of rhythmic movements performed in the water to create an aerobic, muscular strength and flexibility workout; may include the use of props.

Water Yoga

Get in the pool for a relaxing class incorporating stretching movements and balance training.
