A Soufflé is a French, baked egg-based dish made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites.  Executive Chef Stephane Beaucamp will demo a classic Goat Cheese Soufflé with a Blueberry-Port reduction.

For health and safety concerns, class is limited to 12 people.
