Join collage expert Debbie Levine for an insightful art experience.
This art class entitled “New Beginnings” will focus on symbols and their meanings: the spiral as a symbol of constant transformation and the leaf as a symbol of new growth. We will learn the paper cutting technique called “notan” which is a Japanese word that means “light-dark balance.” We will discuss collage making as a tool for relaxation and wellness and the connection between health, wellbeing and creative expression.
