Pozole (posole) is a traditional soup or stew from Mexican cuisine. It is made from hominy with meat, and can be seasoned and garnished with shredded lettuce or cabbage, chile peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, salsa or limes.
Chef Susie is the owner of Eat Good Food with Chef Suz online cooking class. Chef Susie has the drive and motivation to improve and provide new experiences for individuals eager to learn and develop their culinary skills. Chef Susie graduated from the Escoffier School for the Culinary Arts, received a certificate in nutrition from Stanford Center for Health.
