Caren Jeskey has been practicing meditation since she was in college.  She has found inner peace on countless meditation cushions since that time. Caren is a psychotherapist, yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and vibrational healer with the sounds of wooden flutes, and guides guests into deep journeys of inner peace.
