Join Beth for this gentle Eastern mindfulness practice that will benefit you and complement your own personality and belief system. By synchronizing slow, intentional movements with deep, abdominal breathing, you will be transported to new levels of relaxation and invigoration. This practice is especially wonderful to harmonize the neurological and endocrine systems of the body and is widely used to bring emotional healing, reduce the effects of a stressful and busy lifestyle, and strengthen one’s innate immune function. Beth is a martial artist with a black belt in karate and has now been teaching internal martial arts and Qigong for over 15 years.
