This fun, new cutting edge class will introduce you to the DaVinci Body Board through a variety of movements including strength, cardio and dance. The Davinci Body Board is a patented resistance band exercise system designed to increase strength, connect smaller muscles and connective tissue, and balance the body to create full body integrity and move in your own, personal ways!
