This fun, new cutting edge class will introduce you to the DaVinci Body Board – a patented resistance band exercise system designed to increase strength, connect smaller muscles and connective tissue, and balance the body to create full body integrity. This class is interval “band camp” is a boot camp to work the entire body in one half hour with strength and cardio sets.
