Flip Your Dog Yoga

This class is aimed at getting out of your yoga box and maybe trying some new poses! Get ready to flip your dog, fly in crow, and attempt - or perfect, or even simply observe - an inversion, tripod, or headstand.

We'll gear this class for all levels. There's no judgment here, just a playful spirit to step outside your yoga box and explore some new - or more experienced poses!
