StewArt was a professional Ballet dancer and then a professional Ballroom and Latin dancer and had created and ran a dance school for many years in Austin and had taught at UT. While running his school one of his students said to him I want to let you know “that I stopped seeing my therapist” because of you. This started him on his journey of ‘What can we do to be healthier and happier? and What is it to live a good life? StewArt created a health program called Balance Health with 4 foundations: exercise, nutrition, nature, and meditation. He loves to practice and teach: yoga, tai chi, meditation, and breath(pranayama).
