Sherry has been leading drum facilitations and circles, performing, and teaching drumming in the Austin Community for over 20 years. Owner of DRUMZ, a beautiful World Percussion store on Kerbey Lane, Sherry believes in the power of drumming to heal, energize, and empower body, mind, and spirit!
Rhythm Is the soul of life! In our circle we will be provided with authentic traditional djembe drums, learn the language of these drums and a traditional rhythm and song! And we will create our own in the moment music! Experience the joy and unleash your inner rhythmic being while we play and rejoice together fireside in the November moonlight. If you have a heartbeat, you HAVE rhythm! No musical experience necessary!
