Laura has spent a lifetime providing peace and encouragement to others through her gifts and passion for yoga, meditation, and music. With a BA in Communication, she eloquently shares the relaxation and meditative qualities of sound through piano music, frequently pairing music that she has written with her yoga and meditation classes. Laura has utilized sound and yoga for her own personal healing and restoration and shares her practice by teaching seniors, young children, teens, and adults.
