Where Peace Meets Rest | Sound Bathing Relaxation

This class will feature the instructor's choice of various musical equipment to create waves of relaxation for all attending. Flutes, handpan drum, crystal bowls, and/or chimes, will bathe your senses to decrease blood pressure, stress, anxiety, and heart rate, while improving mood, releasing tension, and clearing the mind.
