Lakeside Cardio & Crosstraining

An outdoor, lakeside class for all fitness levels to take your cardio to whatever level you desire for different length intervals. You can use your choice of movement (walking, jogging, running, jumping jax, or whatever you'd like) and we will add body weight movement for bone building strength. Everything will be done on foot and in wide open space to also enjoy the sites and sounds of nature.
(*If inclement weather, this class will be taught in the Training Room.)
