A union of yoga styles with traditional postures (asanas) and other aspects of Yoga including mantras, pranayam a(breathing techniques), deep relaxation(yoga Nidra), inversions (optional and modifiable), and meditation. This class is a 90 minute deep immersion into Yoga.
