Spa Studio Class | Yoga (*Sign Up at LakeHouse Spa)

The class starts with gentle warm ups, then into traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga (Asanas/Postures). After warming up the body and working with flexibility and mobility, you will then move into some breath work, and finish with Meditation, bringing you a deeper experience of the yoga world.
