Join Fitness Trainer, Dave Robbins, as he leads you through the art of mental and physical balancing through stretch and flexibility rooted in the elements and influences of Qi’Gong and Tai Chi, Yoga, and Sport. This mindful class is intended for one to focus on relaxing and breathing, how the body feels, and to investigate how it is reacting to the movement and holding of the positions.
