Full body fitness on the water! Utilizing Boga Fitmats, these 8'x4' sturdy, inflatable floating fitness decks use the same principle of fitness paddleboards but in a pool environment. Floating Fitness takes a traditional “dryland” approach of strength and balance to the refreshing pool environment.
(Most guests prefer the comfort and coverage of fitness wear over swimwear for this class even though there is potential to be in the pool at times.)
