A wonderful yoga practice complement for any activity utilizing hips and legs: walking, sitting, hiking, jogging, and running. It is designed to help keep your lower body strong and flexible. You’ll experience a sequence that incorporates full-body awareness while focusing on areas including the hip flexors, quads, glutes, hamstrings, psoas, IT band, and low back. A great all-level class!
