Yoga to the Core

The core, our navel chakra, is the center of power and strength for posture, metabolism, digestion, and breathing. It lends to our sense of purpose, identity, and individual will. This class will target your core (think abs, obliques, and back) with a variety of traditional flows and poses including isometric holds as well as dynamic movements. The last 10-15 minutes is a nice, relaxing cool down for abdominal and lower back release.
