Yoga With A Twist

A healthy spine is vital for overall wellness. Working with rotation movements allows us to not only assist the spine's range of motion, but also the functionality of the surrounding tissue which can harden with inflexibility resulting in back pain. A "twisting" routine also increases nerve health by decompressing the spine while improving energy flow reducing any back pain or pressure. In addition, circulation is increased in the abdomen with fresh blood flow rich in oxygen and nutrients. You may experience feeling taller, fresher, and re-energized!
