Chef Goldie comes from a first generation Serbian family.  She was raised on a working ranch where everything was Farm-To-Table. Her father was a engineer and taught her that all variables of Mother Earth have to be understood to be a great cook.

She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a level 3 sommelier.  She was a chef for The Bridge Golf club in the Hamptons working with Michelin star chef Joel Dennison before moving into the private chef world.  She was nominated for a James Beard Award for women in culinary excellence and is the founder of The Gourmet Pooch which makes organic gourmet dog food.  She has cooked for the last 3 presidents and currently is employed as a private chef for a famous entrepreneur here in Austin.
