Laughter is medicine. Laughter can heal your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Laughter is good for your brain and releases “feel good” endorphins. Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise which combines unconditional laughter with yogic deep breathing. Developed in 1995 by Dr. Kataria in Mumbai, India, the practice is designed to reduce stress, boost mood and improve health. The class will end with a Laughter Yoga Nidra meditation.
