Gracefully Thriving: Self-Compassion, Stress Relief, and Healthy Connections
Join us for a meaningful conversation on self-compassion, stress management, healthy sleep habits, and the importance of nurturing relationships. Discover practical ways to support your wellbeing, build resilience, and thrive through life's transitions. Participants will also create a calming lavender bead necklace as a reminder to pause, breathe, and practice self-care every day.
