Tiana Lindberg is a psychotherapist and the owner of Woven Journey Counseling, PLLC. With over 13 years of experience in education, training, and counseling, she is passionate about creating inclusive and affirming spaces where people can explore intimacy, relationships, and healing without fear of judgment.
She holds degrees in Sociology, College Student Development and Counseling, and Professional Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Counseling. Currently pursuing certification in Sex Therapy through the Sexual Health Alliance, Tiana brings a culturally inclusive lens to her work, welcoming diverse identities, dynamics, and relationship structures.
In her practice and workshops, Tiana helps women move beyond shame and limiting beliefs to embrace pleasure as a vital part of health, empowerment, and joy. Her approach weaves together compassion, cultural awareness, and practical tools to support women in cultivating confidence, intimacy, and deeper connection—to themselves and others.
