Maria Carbonell is a practitioner of Ayurveda (AHP), energy healer, aromatherapist, and sacred plant medicine healer. The founder of Sama Ayurveda, she is passionate about helping women harness the power of their body’s natural ability to self heal, restore balance and energy.

This October, our programming celebrates Wise Women—the wisdom we carry within ourselves, the women who have inspired and guided us, and the collective wisdom of women throughout generations.

Throughout the month, our classes will be thoughtfully inspired by our Foundations of Wellbeing: Live Well, Nourish Well, Connect Well, Create Well, Move Well, Reflect Well, Recover Well, and Restore Well. Each offering is designed to support a holistic approach to wellbeing while celebrating the many ways women cultivate strength, resilience, connection, and wisdom.

Through movement, mindfulness, breath, recovery, and moments of reflection, our October programming invites you to connect with your inner wisdom and honor the wise women in your life. Whether building physical strength, nourishing your body, creating meaningful connections, or making space to pause and restore, each class offers an opportunity to care for yourself in a way that feels purposeful and inspired.

This month, we celebrate the wisdom of women—past, present, and future—and the Wise Woman within each of us.
