Wild Water Nature Bathing

Slip onto the water and let the lake become your sanctuary. This gentle outing is less about paddling and more about arriving — floating in quiet presence, breathing deeply, and allowing nature to soften the mind and settle the body.

Your guide will lead a slow, easy paddle to open water where we pause and simply be. The natural movement of the lake, the open sky, and the silence around you create an effortless, restorative meditation.

No experience needed — only a willingness to slow down and receive.

Blue Mind is the science of what being in, near and on the water provides our mind, body and spirit. It can decrease blood pressure, heart rate and stress levels while increasing the "happy hormones" of dopamine, adrenaline, and serotonin. Combine that with the therapeutic effects of nature and open waters, and you have an amazing wellness experience!
