Manifest a hopeful 2021 in this fun and creative art class!
This art class entitled “New Beginnings” will focus on symbols and their meanings: the spiral as a symbol of constant transformation and the leaf as a symbol of new growth. We will learn the paper cutting technique called “notan” which is a Japanese word that means “light-dark balance". We will discuss collage-making as a tool for relaxation and wellness and the connection between health, wellbeing, and creative expression.
