Focusing on muscle strength is important for posture, bone density, improved stability and can decrease blood pressure. This class focuses solely on Lower Body strength for 25 minutes utilizing a variety of equipment and/or body weight. LINK this class with Upper Body 25 and Completely Core for a full body strength conditioning experience.
