Breath work is part of an older tradition called Pranayama, and was traditionally practiced before meditation. Most people breathe too shallowly, with this is as an opportunity to get some of that Life Force (Prana) into your body and life. Meditation is a powerful tool to help you destress and find some focus and crystal bowls resets your inner energy from distracted and chaotic to calm and peaceful.
