In Lake Austin, we have the amazing benefits of cold water in a natural, therapeutic "wild water" experience!*

Come join our lake team as we take a slow, intentional immersion together - a short 30-second dip or up to 4 minutes to feel the effects and perhaps decide on how to add the therapeutic benefits of cold water to your wellness routine!*

Wear your swimsuit, robe and warm clothes.  Towels are available on the dock. There are no changing rooms on the dock.
