Join us for this high intensity cardio class that uses movements that help you prepare for the ski slopes or the ice rink. Improve cardio endurance, lower risk of injury, and maximize time you can spend doing your favorite winter sports.  This full body cardio workout will engage the core, glutes, arms, shoulders, and major muscle groups and get the winter sports athlete ready for your game - whether its on the ski slopes or just looking good during apres-ski happy hour.
