Chia Pudding

 

INGREDIENTS

3 cups of coconut milk (can)

1 cup of chia seeds

2 tbsp of maple syrup

2 tsp of vanilla paste

DIRECTIONS

In mixing bowl, add coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

Top Chia Pudding with mixed berries, local honey, toasted almonds and toasted coconut.
