Stephane Beaucamp is originally from France. After spending 12 years as Executive Chef at Lake Austin Spa Resort, he is now the Director of Culinary Experience. With over 25 years of culinary leadership experience in prestigious restaurants and resorts in Paris, Los Angeles, and Austin, Stephane has managed high-profile events such as the Elton John Oscar Dinner and was recognized for his outstanding contribution to the James Beard Foundation Dinner in 2016. While he no longer cooks as often as he once did, he works closely with our Chef and oversees the entire Food & Beverage department, focusing on innovation, quality, and guest experience.
