Andrew Curtis-Wellings is the Director of Sales for Cangshan Cutlery. After being a PGA Member for many years, Andrew switched careers and has spent more than a decade working for knife manufacturers and teaching knife skills classes. Andrew understands the enjoyment of having great tools to use and understanding the proper way to use them has fostered his passion for cooking.
