This session invites guests to consider what it truly means to live with purpose, both in work and play without becoming fixated on outcomes or rigid definitions of success. By learning to balance our ambitions with intentional moments of lightness, curiosity and rest we allow our lives to feel meaningful and sustainable.
Dr. Ann Abraham is a retired, board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for holistic, whole-person care. A graduate of Brown University, she dedicated 25 years to helping patients regain control of their lives from illness. Throughout her career, Dr. Abraham focused on empowering patients—whether guiding medically complex individuals through the healthcare system, coordinating care among specialists, or removing barriers to self-care.
Today, in retirement, she continues her mission as an educator and advocate, shining a light on one of the most overlooked factors in modern health: the impact of stress. Dr. Abraham addresses the “elephant in the exam room” that so often went unspoken, helping people understand and manage the profound connection between stress and overall well-being.
