Embrace May’s Mental Health Awareness Month by nurturing your mind alongside your body. Take a moment for a personal mental health check-in to ensure your inner peace matches your outer glow. During this mindful gathering, you'll connect with others in a supportive space to discuss the importance of recognizing your body’s unique signs and symptoms—and how to gently translate that awareness into meaningful action for your well-being.
