Cynthia Aguillón Bernard is a certified yoga teacher, sound meditation guide, retreat leader and Founder of ATX Yoga Girl in Austin, Texas. Her mission is to help clients integrate holistic wellness practices into their daily lives to embody more presence. Her trauma-informed lens and over a decade of studies is woven throughout her teachings. She is a big advocate for women’s health. Besides teaching adults, Cynthia also shares much of her time guiding the next generation of change makers online and in person. 

You can find Cynthia leading yoga at Austin City Limits Music Festival, Four Seasons Hotel, Commodore Perry, for The University of Texas. Her past clients have included Camila Alves McConaughey of Women of Today and Alanis Morisette to name a few. In 2023, she was voted Best of ATX by Austin Monthly.
