“We cannot direct the wind but we can adjust our sails” – Dolly Parton
Resiliency is more than bouncing back. It is the ability to adapt and respond to adversity by adjusting your “sails”, not by controlling the wind, so that you can navigate through tough times with grace and resilience. In this discussion we will cover how you can build your resilience by focusing on navigating challenges, checking in on yourself and making adjustments to move toward your own goals.
