Holiday Dining & New Traditions

Gather around the table for thoughtfully prepared holiday menus inspired by the season, featuring fresh ingredients, Texas flavors, and the pleasure of dining by the water.

• Thanksgiving: a family-style dinner of post oak smoked turkey breast, smoked honey-glazed ham or stuffed acorn squash, with all the sides and pumpkin pie.
• Christmas: pink peppercorn-crusted Texas prime rib, pan-seared sea bass or smoked king trumpet “scallops”, finished with crème brûlée or red wine poached pear.
• New Year’s Eve: a caviar cone to begin, lobster bucatini or dry-aged New York strip, and a dessert buffet to welcome 2027.
