Aquatic & Myofascial Release Specialties
Dr. Wallace J. Nichols’ Blue Mind Theory describes how spending time in and on the water is essential to achieving elevated and sustained happiness. This theory aligns perfectly with our wellness philosophy at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and our invigorating, immersive aquatic specialty spa treatments.
Please wear a bathing suit or other water-friendly clothing. Sessions take place in the blue Pool Barn year-round, weather permitting.

AquaStretch™ | Feet Only
An amazing 25 minutes with sole focus on your foot health while relieving pain and symptoms due to plantar fasciitis, painful arches, heels and calves.

AquaStretch™ | Hands Only
Take the time to exclusively focus on hand mobility and flexibility with stretching, flexibility, circulation and myofascial release. Excellent for range of motion, recovery, and painful joints and soft tissue.

AquaStretch™ | Myofascial Release
If you are experiencing pain, stiffness or a limited range of motion, myofascial release in the water may be the remedy for you! This groundbreaking technique, is a one-on-one assisted stretching session that involves the application of manual pressure to free fascial adhesions that restrict your flexibility and may cause pain on movement. It is performed in the warm, shallow and soothing waters of the Pool Barn.
Price: $225 for 50 minutes / $315 for 70 minutes.

Floating Meditation
The combination of guided meditation and floating on one of our neutral buoyancy floats will literally allow you to drift away. Our mind/body expert will guide you to a complete state of relaxation while immersing in the tranquility of the Pool Barn. *Sessions take place in the blue Pool Barn year-round.
